Contact anyway you like (email, socials, contact form or phone) and I will reply as soon as I can to get details of your travel requirements.
Either using a zoom/video chat or however works for you. I will gather some information about your travel preferences so that I can provide you with a quote and itinerary.
Once you have the quote you can decide whether you want to go ahead, change some parts of it or simply decline. No pressure & no hard sell.
You will receive all the necessary information and support from me along with any relevant insurances and certificates such as ATOL. You can then pack and prepare for your holiday with piece of mind.

Why should I book with you?It would be nice if you booked with me, but it is not a case of you should do. A holiday booking should be what is best for you in terms of your holiday needs, holiday protection, price, experience and customer service. By contacting me you will get first class service and a lot of these. I can provide a quote for you to make an informed decision that is best for you.

What protection do I have?Roam Free travel is an agent operating under the JLT Travel group so we operate under the rules of ATOL and we manage your booking via PTS. Protected Trust Services (PTS) is an online platform that provides travel sellers with tools to help them plan, book, and secure trips.

How Does PTS (Protected Trust Services) provide consumer protection?PTS offers all member companies a trust account and insurance model which ensures all consumer money is fully protected. PTS members are fully package travel regulation compliant. All consumers can check the PTS membership of a company prior to booking.

Are you ATOL registered?Yes we are registered and operate under the JLT Group Travel ATOL registration which covers you for any package holidays we build. If you are booked through us with a package provider the holiday is covered under their ATOL number. This information is all provided along with an ATOL certificate for your protection when you book.

Are all holidays ATOL protected?Roam Free Travel is a trading name under the umbrella of the JLT Travel Group which is ATOL protected (12564). ATOL protects your package holiday with a flight included, flights and accommodation, flights and car hire . The holiday needs to form part of a package. A flight on its own would not be covered under ATOL. Should your holiday be covered you will eb supplied with an ATOL certificate at the time of booking. What types of travel packages do you offer?We offer a variety of travel packages including guided tours, luxury vacations, adventure travel, family trips, and bespoke holiday experiences. Pretty mush anything you can think of when it comes to travel and holidays.

Do you offer standard travel package holidays as well?Yes we do. We are linked to various tour operators that provide standard 'off the shelf' packages that typically include flights, accommodations, transfers, some meals, and guided tours.

Do I need travel insurance for my trip?We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. This will cover unexpected problems not covered by your ATOL certificate.

Can I book multiple destinations in one trip?Absolutely! We offer multi-destination packages that allow you to explore more than one location during your vacation.

What payment options do you accept?We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers etc. Installment plans may also be available for certain packages. All payment details will be provided in the quote and at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?Our cancellation policy depends on the type of package you book. Please review the terms and conditions at the time of booking. In case of an emergency, we are here to assist with rebooking or cancellations.

Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?Yes, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. It all depends on the actually booking of which you will have been given specific details in relation to payment, changes and cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
